Everyone was extremely friendly. We did not feel pressured to buy something we didn't want or like. They made it clear that we should buy what we like. They all were knowledgable about the Honda vehicles and other add ons. They were not delaying the process too long and we were not there for an extreme amount of time. -DMuth

I was looking for a reliable used car and had narrowed it down to just a few models. I had been looking for sometime and had been to other dealerships. Steve Pappas provided me with the information I needed to make my purchase decision. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. Once I had made the decision, I was very pleased with how FAST I was able to complete the transaction! From the time I arrived at the dealership, looked at the available cars, and test drove my favorites, until the time I was home with my new car was about an hour and a half! I had driven to the dealership and I couldn't drive two cars home, so Steve went above and beyond what I would have expected and drove my new car home for me! Jim Franchini sold us our Honda Odyssy two years ago. He had excellant custumer service and a straight forward approach to selling cars. When it was time to replace our second car I gave him a call. Once again we were given great service from our first phone conversation to the purchase of our Accord. -saker

Working with Steve Pappas and Tempe Honda was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Steve made the entire process easy. He actually listened when I explained what I wanted in a car, what I was hoping to purchase. I was surprised to see how many low miles used cars he had available. I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord the very first day I met with Steve Pappas at the dealership, and that is a first for me. I usually have to search for somethinge that I feel is worth making that oh so wonderful car payment each month...........the hardest part here was deciding which car to choose! I would very highly recommend Steve Pappas and Tempe Honda to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, and already have. -BBeach

Bill did a great job in keeping us informed on the progess of our purchace. There were some concerns we had with the vehicle prior to final commitment of the sale that Bill pushed the service department on that lead to a warranty service through Toyota. We almost did not purchase the vehicle because of past experiance with the Penske organizations, but Bill through calmness, and sense of personal concern for the past issues we had, closed the sale for Tempe Honda. -AZMiniMan

I wasn't really looking to buy a car right away. I was just looking to test drive some cars and decide later on. After vising Tempe Honda, I was out in two hours with a good deal with all the paperwork signed and driving the car back to my home. These guys convinced me that what I was looking for was right there and was the best they could offer for me, and they were right. The sales guys were really courteous and helpful in answering my questions. Bill and Vince took my case and I was pleased with the way they handled the deal. The dealer did have lot of choices for the particular manufacture/model that I was looking for and Bill was eager enough to let me test drive any cars there.
I would highly recommend this dealer for buying Honda cars and make sure you let them know your preferences and difficulties and they would arrange a good finance deals, base price deals and/or other deals. -mkvenkatesh

My wife and I were pleased with the overall process. On the negative side, it took too long to complete the transaction. On the positive side, everyone we worked with was courteous and professional. The dealership is very clean and well staffed. The dealer website was also user friendly and very helpful in making our initial decision to visit. -BKalin

I own two Honda's and take both for service to Tempe Honda. David Hudson is my service representative. He is always helpful, friendly, and informative. He keeps me informed on what needs to be done, keep appointments, and provides appropriate feedback and attention to the service needs. -pjv

I have always had friendly service at Tempe Honda. I always deal with Ken Smith. He is very honest and willing to explain things if you don't understand what is going on with your car. They get to know their customers and have a sense of humor with them. I will continue to take both my cars there. I know Ken and the mechanics will always do what is best for me cause they care about the service they give and the quality of the cars. -TLajoie

Called into the dealer for service under warranty, they take the car in without hesitation and provide rental car. My fog light is not under warranty and they just replaced it without charge, that could cost me $300. I would recommand others to have service here. -zxcvbn

Everything about Tempe Honda is so outstanding that it is the first auto dealership that I have entrusted with the care and maintenance of my car. From the greeting of the service writer to the delivery of the cleaned car after work has been completed they do everything possible to make the experience pleasant and satisfying.To start, they give an accurate estimate of the time it will take to be completed. Then depending on my schedule I can take their shuttle to a place within a 10 mile radius or I can wait in a comfortable waiting area where there is coffee, tea, water, fruit, cookies, newspapers and TV available, all at no cost. Above all is the fact that my 2003 Civic with about 105,000 miles still runs and rides as well and as efficiently (36-38 mpg) as it did when we first bought it. Add to that the fact that their work was done correctly the first time, every time. I have never had to return there for a problem which wasn't corrected.
These are the reasons I am so high on Tempe Honda. Wouldn't you be also? -JerryJo

Today I had my car serviced with Tempe Honda, and as always the service was great. Armando Perez was my service advisor today and I wanted to take a moment to say what a fantastic job Armando is doing I’ve worked with him many times in the best. He is always knowledgeable, friendly to work with, and goes the extra mile to make sure that everything is taken care of. One of the best experiences at a car delearship I have ever had. I had my three children with me so the playroom and the offer of the hot chocolate was incredible and allowed me to to get the paperwork done without interruption. I purchased a Honda Odyssey EX with Nav system from Tempe Honda and had a great experience.
I negotiated the price in advance and then came in to complete the sale.
The price was as we discussed, no gimicks, which is a huge plus.
My sales person was fast and responsive.
I also felt I got a good deal on the Odyssey
My work schedule did not allow me to come in to finalize the deal until late evening. Even though it was late, when the paperwork was done the salesman spent a ton of time with us showing us all the bells and whistles and answered all my questions.
I would recommend Tempe Honda and definitely love the Odyssey, way better than an SUV. -LStuber

I Purchased a new Honda Civic and could not have been any happier. I went to some of the other Dealerships and felt very pressured, and sort of felt forced into buying. When I went to Tempe Honda, and worked with Brian it was exactly the opposite. He knew all about the Civic and was very patient with my questions and the sales process. I have recommended both him and the dealership to many of my friends. -KSymons
