Honda Genuine Batteries - The Drop Ship Program

How to Order: Batteries can be ordered on Daily and Stock orders. Orders will be delivered to your dealership within five working days from date of receipt by Interstate. No cost “Emergency” delivery (within 48 hours) is also available. You must contact your facing Honda Parts Center Dealer Analyst, who will coordinate the delivery with Interstate Batteries. DO NOT order batteries on a UPO.

Delivery: Your local Interstate Batteries Route Sales Manager will deliver all Honda Genuine Replacement Batteries directly to your dealership. Batteries will arrive fully charged, load tested, and with protective terminal caps. A copy of the Dealer Order Delivery Document (DODD) will be signed by your dealer and left as the original receipt. It will contain a record of the return cores.

Core Charges and Credits: A $12 core charge will be added to each Honda Genuine Replacement Battery ordered. 

 Warranty: Honda Genuine Replacement Batteries are covered by a 100 month prorated warranty.

Proration Schedule: During the first 3 years of service – A defective replacement battery will be replaced at no cost to the customer with a new Honda Genuine Replacement Battery and installation.

After the first 3 years of service – A prorated credit, based on years of service, will be applied toward the purchase of a new Honda Genuine Replacement Battery and the owner is responsible for the installation expense. No cash reimbursement will be made. The credit is calculated as follows:
