On Friday, May 22, my grandson's 2016 Civic AC unit was repaired at Tempe Honda. Our Service Rep was Armando Perez. Armando was diligent in going step by step to determine the necessary repairs. Towards the end he really stepped up by contacting American Honda and getting them to participate in some of the repairs. I myself have owned three Honda's (each driven over 10 years), and will consider Honda next time I buy a car. I had a great experience at Tempe Honda! Sidney was very helpful knew his stuff and was not pushy. Buying a car can be stressful if your dealing with the wrong people. I would recommend shopping here for your next Honda and ask for Sidney if your looking for a great customer service experience!
